Welcome to the Visual Computing Aarhus Lab

We are a research group within the Human-Centered Computing Section at the Department of Computer Science at Aarhus University. Our work, led by Associate Professor Stefanie Zollmann, operates at the intersection of computer graphics, computer vision, human-computer interaction (HCI), and visualization.

Our mission is to seamlessly blend the real and virtual worlds, exploring how technology can enhance human perception and interaction with data and the surrounding environment. We have a focus on creating immersive and interactive experiences using eXtended Reality (XR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR).
